What Is Christmas?  CHRIST+MAS=Mighty Awesome Savior

As I finally let go and look beyond my own selfish fleshly desires of receiving many gifts,

I see Christmas as a time of Love, Joy, Peace, and forgiveness.

Love wrapped up in a swaddling cloth,

A child was born for all the lost.

Heaven’s special gift sent to “all” mankind,

God’s beloved Son born to die.

He only lived to be thirty-three,

A Man of prayer upon His knees.

Obedient to yield no matter the cost,

He gave His life’s blood for “all” the Lost!

The greatest story ever told,

After three days He arose!

This gift from heaven is ours to take,

Freely given to man, by His Amazing Grace!

A Snowy Christmas Eve Night    11-22-2025  by Paulette Hall

I went to the window, AH! Your snow falling down,

A beautiful declaration of Your peace, covering the dry brittle ground.

Within minutes, the landscape turned solid white,

A glistening blanket of pure white snow, covering Your creation on this silent Holy night.

The Wind whispers new life, whirling His sparkles in the air,

The Breath of God, floating down to the earth in tiny frozen tears.

Each delicate snowflake, with a unique message of its own,

Designed with precision, falling fresh from God’s Holy Throne.

A warm cry breaks the silence, on that quiet Christmas morn,

For all mankind, including you and me, salvation for the lost was born.

So listen to that still small voice that cracked the Eastern sky,

God’s Love came down to earth that day, we are the reason why.

For A Friend         10-22-2025

I went to pick some basil, That tender little herb,

The smell was far reaching, the fragrance was absolutely superb!

I bagged them in a ziplock, for her food and stews,

A tasty little morsel, when in hot water it brews.

We, like that little tender leaf when pressed and picked for good use,

Release a heavenly aroma to God, His perfection in us, His Truth.

Autumn Breeze~Breath Of God

On a autumn day while driving down the road,

I noticed the tree branches swaying in the breeze, their leaves waving hello.

The fluttering leaves clapping together as I pass by,

Some of them even falling, tossed in the airy sky.

The whisping wind a mystery to the naked eye,

One cannot see its path, as the leaves rush on by.

Blown from mountain tops, the wind makes its course,

Ever singing so softly, flowing from its natural source.

The breath of God~His wind plays His Song in the air,

Listen, can you hear Him?  A sign from God that He is there.

So blow gentle breeze, a soft touch on my cheeks,

Flowing through my hair and soul,  Your wind is o’so unique.

Blow on Your people, Breath of God from above,

We need Your gentle refreshing, Your precious touch of love.

So Come Holy Spirit, breath from God’s Throne,

Awaken our hearts right now, to lead us to our heavenly home.

On July 26th, I was given the awesome opportunity to be interviewed by Shannon Barnes with Tranquility Fine Arts Gallery in Woodstock, Georgia, who awarded my art with a VIA Award~very influential artist.  The ceremony will be at a later date in August. Nevertheless, I am humbled yet grateful for this opportunity the Lord has opened to showcase the artwork He has given me.

Shannon’s theme for this VIA awards event is “How does your art bring hope.”

“My art speaks of the God of hope. Without Him we all are hopeless.”

The creativity for God emerged when I made Jesus Christ Lord of my life in 1987.

Looking back over the years, the Lord has allowed me to become a writer, a poet, a visual display artist, a visual artist, a photographer, and an author for Him.

I’m having the time of my life living for the Savior of the world!!!

Jesus said, “I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life. No one comes to the Father except through me.”

I recently heard a phenomenal conversion testimony of Afshin Javid, a former hezbollah soldier, who said “The way is a person, the truth is a person, the life is a person and that person is the person of the Lord Jesus Christ.”

He is the spice for Life! His word~the salt that seasons the soul.
